Unlike the typical buildings we scan, every so often we get a request that is a little different. We were asked to scan/model a home because the current 28,000 sf was preparing to undergo a 9,000 sf addition. This home is complete with a shark tank, a 330,000 gallon pool with a rock-diving cliff, a guesthouse, a putting green, an artificial lake stocked with 2,500 bass, full bar, a DJ booth, hot tubs, a pizza oven, a wine cellar, and a cigar room. Plus a 5,000 sf guest house on property. For entertainment it had had 40 TVs, 18 of which were hooked up with Xboxes. Also, this six-bedroom, eight bathroom mansion was used as John Travolta’s residence in the 2004 movie “The Punisher.”
